1. Data Controller

The data controller is the operator of the AI Web Generator service. Identification details will be provided before the official launch of the service.

2. Scope of Processing

• Email address
• IP address
• Device information (user-agent)
• Payment details (via Stripe)

3. Purpose of Processing

Data is processed for the purpose of providing digital services, fulfillment of the contract, protection of legal claims, and prevention of payment fraud.

4. Legal Basis

Processing is carried out in accordance with Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) of the GDPR.

5. Data Recipients

Stripe Inc., Resend, OpenAI, and the hosting provider.

6. Transfer outside the EU

Data transfer is based on Standard Contractual Clauses (SCC) or another mechanism according to Art. 46 of the GDPR.

7. Retention Period

Personal data is stored for the duration of the contractual relationship and subsequently for the period necessary to protect legal claims (max. 5 years).

8. Data Subject Rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing, and to lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Authority.
