These Terms govern the relationship between the Provider and the Customer.
The contract is concluded upon successful payment.
The Service consists of automated website generation using artificial intelligence.
The Service is provided as a recurring monthly subscription which includes the generation and hosting of the website on our servers.
The Service constitutes digital content supplied without a tangible medium.
2.4 For processing transactions, technical maintenance, and infrastructure operations, the Provider charges a service fee of 3% per successful transaction made through the generated online store. This service fee is non-refundable. In the event of a customer refund, the Merchant (Customer) is responsible for the full cost of the service fee.
If the Customer is a consumer within the EU, mandatory consumer protection laws of their country apply.
The Customer expressly agrees that performance begins immediately after payment and acknowledges loss of withdrawal rights under Article 16 of Directive 2011/83/EU.
The Provider shall not be liable for AI-generated content or indirect damages. Liability is limited to the amount paid.
The Provider shall not be liable for service interruptions caused by technical failures or events beyond reasonable control.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic.
Nothing shall deprive EU consumers of mandatory protections under local laws.
